Chef David Boyejo created the menu and trained the staff for the opening of a new restaurant in Playa Samara: The wine and tapas bar Media Luna.
He also helped for the renewal of the menu of Lo Que Hay and taught the staff new receipes.

Chef David Boyejo organized dinners in his house while living in Puerto Carrillo, Guanacaste. People enjoyed his terrace, dinning by the pool for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine Day and also organized private birthday parties.

Homemade products sales on markets

Chef David Boyejo proposes homemade products on different organic and farmers markets: homemade jams (strawberry/banana, pineapple/coconut, papaya/orange, pineapple chutney), cookies (chocolate chips, deluxe, cacao), muffins (banana, carrot/pecan, others) and other products created by the mood of the day. Very successful in Guanacaste, now available on the markets in San Jose area and for deliveries around the city.
